Current News at Saints Peter & Paul

March, 2017

Fourth Sunday of the Great Fast: Only a few weeks are remaining in this sacred season of Lent. So now take the time to redouble your efforts of fasting, praying, giving alms and doing acts of charity.

As we continue our 40 day pilgrimage of prayer and fasting remember that we have a beautiful lenten service every Friday at 6 pm called Presanctified Liturgy.

Our Lenten Panachyda for your beloved deceased is sung every Saturday morning at our 8 am Divine Liturgy. Just compile a list of your familial deceased, and Father will pray for them by name every Saturday morning during this beautiful season of the Great Fast.

Jump-start your Lenten journey by fasting and doing Random Acts of Kindness!

All Fridays are meatless during the lenten season and don't forget to be of service to those in need. Remember no matter how small the deed, nothing goes unnoticed in the eyes of our Lord!

The Good Men of our Local Knights of Columbus

Will sponsor an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 8th at 1 pm. The event will be held at the 6th Street Ball Field in Bridgeport. All our Parish children are invited to attend.
